As we flip the calendar to May, many of us are thinking about how we normally celebrate Mother’s Day and how this year will be different. The normal masses, brunches, and backyard gatherings will be replaced by zoom calls and facetime chats.
To help you celebrate the special women in your life, I’ve decided to offer a “Virtual Gathering Gift” for you and the special mothers in your life. There isn’t really a deadline for this gift, but I’m happy to rush books out by priority mail in case you would like to make sure your recipients receive them by the big day. If you’d prefer to “virtually” notify your friends and send the books later, that works too!
Here’s the deal:
- You select one of my two CatholicMom.com books: either The Handbook for Catholic Moms or A Book of Saints for Catholic Moms (or a mix of the two) and notify me of the names of your recipients (up to eight) and your single mailing address (I will ship all of the books to one address). If you would like your books mailed to multiple addresses, let me know and we’ll work out details.
- You work with me to identify a date and time for your 30-minute virtual gathering. I’m happy to book this at a time this month or in the months ahead.
- You submit payment of $100 payable by check, Venmo, or Paypal. (Please note there will be a $5 fee for credit card payments).
For the “virtual gathering” time, you can decide on your preferred agenda. I am happy to pray with your group, hold a q and a session, or simply pay a friendly visit. Gatherings will be held via Zoom call, so participants can be in a variety of locations. If your group already has my books but would like to schedule a gathering, please email me and we’ll discuss specifics. If you would like to gather with a smaller group, let me know and I can adjust pricing for you.
