Sunday, October 17 – “Meet and Greet” with Lisa Hendey and Pat Gohn at John Harvard’s in Cambridge – 2:30 – 4:30 pm.  Join us for a “no host” gathering with Boston area friends.  Come for as long as your schedule permits. For months now, I’ve been looking forward to my upcoming television appearance on CatholicTV’s wonderful show This is the Day. Imagine how I felt when the following press release landed in my inbox – the other guest on the show will be none other than Robert Duvall! Unfortunately, I don’t think Mr. Duvall will be in studio, so I won’t be able to hand him a copy of my book in person, but it’s such an honor to share time on a show with such a noted actor.

Academy-Award-Winning Actor Robert Duvall Will Appear on Live Catholic Talk Show

On August 6th, the live CatholicTV talk show “This is the Day” will include an interview with actor Robert Duvall.

Duvall will discuss his role in the upcoming film “Get Low”, “a movie spun out of equal parts folk tale, fable and real-life legend about the mysterious, 1930s Tennessee hermit who famously threw his own rollicking funeral party, while he was still alive”. (more…)

I hope friends living in Central California will be able to come visit with me this weekend, Sunday, April 11 at the St. Marello Bookstore at St. Joachim’s Catholic Church in Madera, California.  I will be in the bookstore signing books and hoping to meet you following all of the Masses on Sunday.  Hope to see you there!
